What is the return policy?
Within 90 days of original purchase, we're happy to accept returns for a refund or exchange. With a few exceptions (see below), we even cover the costs for the return. Products must be returned in unworn, unwashed condition with original packaging including accessories (beanies, socks, etc.).
To return an item, use our return/exchange form.
* Unfortunately, free return shipping is currently not possible in India, Indonesia and Malaysia.
* Expedited shipping costs are non-refundable in the event of a return/exchange.
* The above terms do not apply to Limited Editions or On Classics. Limited items and On Classics can only be refunded but not exchanged.
Do you offer free returns?
Free returns are possible in most countries, but unfortunately not yet in all. Free returns are not available in India, Indonesia and Malaysia. If you have further questions, please contact us.
Will you refund me the full invoice amount in the event of a return?
Naturally. If you return the items you have ordered, we will refund the full purchase price. However, the items must be in their original condition and in the original packaging - this also applies to socks (original packaging intact).
* We also assume the costs for the return shipment. This excludes shipments and returns from/to India, Indonesia, Israel and Malaysia. Please note that the additional costs for express shipping will not be reimbursed in the event of a return or exchange.
